The educational programme is a parallel section of the Lisbon & Sintra Film Festival, specially dedicated to the school community and senior audience. Besides its extensive schedule, open to the public in general, LEFFEST organizes special sessions reserved to students and teachers from preschool to elementary school and senior audience.
Assuming its importance and responsibility in the education and the development of the young public, the festival intends, with this programme, to generate moments of reflection and discussion around cinema, to stimulate the artistic taste and critical thinking and to encourage the active participation of the community.
FREE ENTRY (upon registration) for organized groups, min. 10 people. (The Sintra City Council gives free transportation to the public schools of the county, within the limit of available places and upon registration.)
