Nida Ibrahim is a Palestinian journalist and Al Jazeera correspondent based in the occupied West Bank. Originally from Bethlehem, she previously reported for the BBC from the Gaza Strip. Her dedication to documenting Palestinian experiences and struggles took on new depth after the 2022 assassination of her colleague Shireen Abu Akleh by the Israeli army. Since then, she has worked tirelessly to bring attention to the realities of life under occupation, striving to overcome press censorship and advocate for awareness of ongoing events in Palestine.
