António Pires has developed an overall work that could be designated as "choreography Theatre", where text and images are bent together and come across as a sort of choreography.
Throughout his artistic journey, Pires has presented projects by invitation from many entities, but it is Ar de Filmes/Teatro do Bairro, production structure he helped build, that he has developed his work as a theatre director.
António Pires will be present in LEFFEST, Sunday the 18th, at 14:00, in Cinema Medeia Monumental, to present the film La Valse and A Baleia Branca - Uma Ideia de Deus.
