The Headless Woman

While driving through northwestern Argentina, Verónica is distracted by her mobile phone and runs over something — but drives on. Although the police find no evidence of an accident, she becomes increasingly unsettled by the possibility that she may have killed someone. Was it an animal, a child, or nothing at all?
