Original title: Mutantes S.21 - 25 anos depois

Twenty-five years after the release of “Mutantes S.21”, Mão Morta returned to Theatro Circo for a celebration of their iconic album which remains an important milestone in Portuguese music. A comeback haunted by the destruction of the room twenty-five years earlier, when the special edition of the album was presented with a comic book illustrating their themes. Now, twenty-five years later, specific illustrations have been created for each theme, projected and digitally manipulated in real time. The album's nine tracks, recorded and filmed live throughout the concert, are interspersed with some of the album and Mão Morta’s stories told by Adolfo Luxúria Canibal, Miguel Pedro and António Rafael, members of the group, Carlos Fortes, former member and lead composer of “Mutantes S.21”, Vítor Silva, former band manager and album editor, José Forte, responsible for sound, José Carlos Costa, author of the cover and design of the album’s edition, and João Martinho Moura, responsible for the digital manipulation of illustrations in the commemorative tour of the album’s 25th anniversary; and documents from that time, including footage of the concert twenty-five years earlier. The result is an unprecedented and assertive portrayal of a time and a band - and a record - that are part of the history of Portuguese music.
