Three friends, Hilda, Matilda, and Gaspar, meet in an apartment of a rundown motel for one weekend to chat, drink, and experience pleasure, in an effort to combat the banality of their mediocre lives. The three, intelligent but poor, allow their imaginations to run wild. Unaware of what is happening to them, they decide to live a freer life, liberated from their bodies. This film, characterised by sophisticated glances and gestures and with particular attention to the human form, explores the radical transformation of life.
