Masterclass: Ryusuke Hamaguchi

His first international success was Happy Hour (2015). The next films were selected for Cannes and Berlin. In 2002 he got 4 Oscar nominations for Drive My Car (he was the first Japanese to be nominated for Best Director). He got the Oscar for Best International Film. LEFFEST premiers his latest film, Evil Does not Exist, awarded in Venice. Hamaguchi will talk about his work.
