The Jury of the International Film Schools Meetings, composed of Billy Woodberry, Isabél Zuaa, and Frieder Schlaich, awarded the prizes in a competition that featured four of the most prestigious film schools in the world: EICTV (Cuba), UCLA (USA), La Fémis (France), and ESTC (Portugal), with each school being represented by two short films. The winning films were Solo, by Carolina Rosendo, a student from ESTC; and Portrait, by Kennedy Love-Green, a student from UCLA. It was a very productive encounter, where both professors and students took the stage to reflect on what it means to "learn cinema."
