The actor Melvil Poupaud made his film debut at the age of 11, in the film City of Pirates (1983), by Raúl Ruiz, with whom he would collaborate on many more titles, until the end of the director's career. Poupaud worked with other unavoidable names in cinema, such as Éric Rohmer, Roman Polanski, François Ozon, Danièle Dubroux and Xavier Dolan, among others. He currently works with Woody Allen on Wasp 22, which will be out next year.
