Caroline Deruas was born in Cannes in 1978. Director, actress and screenwriter, she has worked with directors such as Philippe Garrel, Roumain Goupil, Valéria Bruni-Tedeschi and João Nicolau. As a director, her work is mainly composed of short films, which include Le Feu, le sang, les étoiles (2008), Les Enfants de la nuit (2011) and Les Immortelles (2018).
