Artur Serra Araújo was born in 1977. He studied sound and image at the School of Arts of the Portuguese Catholic University in Porto. He is a filmmaker and also the author of theatre plays. His filmography includes the short films Uma Comédia Infeliz (2003) and Flutuar (2019) and the feature films Suicídio Encomendado (2007) and A Moral Conjugal (2012).
