Danny lives in Austin, recently divorced, wealthy and absolutely miserable. His boredom is interrupted by a visit to the local gym, where he meets the owner, Trevor, and the trainer, Kat. The lives of these three people quickly merge in an inextricable way, both personally and professionally.
