Henri Langlois, founder and former director of the French Cinematheque, is interviewed in the Cinematheque’s Museum to speak about cinema. Parlons Cinéma or Les anticours d'Henri Langlois is composed of a series of chapters dedicated to either a filmmaker, a crucial period in the history of cinema of a certain country, or to a group of people that have had a significant impact on the history of cinema. Langlois moves freely around his museum – he walks, sits and talks about everything he has found throughout his life. The camera has no other option but to follow him. The breathing heart of cinema, in opposition to a lecture of cinema, in the words and gestures of someone who found his reason to live in cinema.
