Les Mains Libres

Barbara (Ronit Elkabetz) is a French filmmaker who is developing a film written and performed by inmates. To better understand its functioning and internal dynamics, she visits the prison every week, meeting with the inmates.

But her plans are interrupted when she initiates a romantic relationship with Michel (Carlo Brandt), one of the inmates involved in the film project.
