A young man, freshly out of university, wanders aimlessly through Rome. Small details suggest more than they reveal, such as a broken doorbell or a forgotten key, in what is the first short film by Jean-Claude Biette, made during his Italian stay (he had evaded military service in France). A subtle portrait of 1960s youth, with autobiographical marks, and a film that for some time was mistakenly credited to Adriano Aprà.
