Two young women, both named Marie, decide to mirror the corruption of the world around them. Through a series of mischievous pranks and acts of destruction, they surrender to chaos, defying social conventions and everything that crosses their path. With anarchic, feminist energy and a radical visual style, Vera Chytilová celebrates youthful rebellion in a surrealist assault on order, decency, and authority.
