When André (André Dussollier), 85, suffers a stroke, Emmanuèle (Sophie Marceau) runs to her father. In his hospital bed, sick and with half his body paralyzed, André asks his daughter to help him end his life. But how can Emmanuèle honor such a request when it comes to her own father?

More than a film about assisted death, Everything Went Fine is a frugal drama and an ode to vitality composed of distant and neutral gestures.
