Call Me by Your Name

North of Italy, Summer 1983.

Elio Perlman, a 17-year-old spends his days in his family’s 17th century villa lazily listening to music and flirting with his friend Marzia. One day an American 24-year-old arrives to help Elio’s father in his academic activities. Oliver is charming and, like Elio, has Jewish roots; he is also young, self-confident and good-looking. At first Elio is somewhat cold and distant but as the short summer progresses, the pair’s mutual attraction grows more intense.
