Dogs Barking at Birds

Vicente lives the first days of his summer vacation enthusiastically, surrounded by family and friends. As he cycles through the city of Oporto, he observes the urban transformation: the streets and cafes fill with tourists, giving rise to growing gentrification and subsequent real estate speculation. Oporto is different and Vicente is too; there are promises of change and the uncertainty of a new life.
