Never Ever

Rey is a filmmaker. While attending a retrospective of his work at a museum, he watches a young performance artist. He follows her to the museum exit. Her name is Laura, she is younger than him. They fall in love and get married quickly. They live in a big house near the sea. Months go by and Rey dies in a motorbike accident. Laura finds herself alone in the house. While mourning the loss of her husband, a period both painful and sweet, she meets a strange man, a man-child with a speech disorder, whose face and body are the same as Rey’s. The couple’s words and gestures prior to Rey’s death will be relived through this man, and Laura will find in that a sort of fascination what will set her free.
