In this reunion between Wim Wenders and Teresa Salgueiro, at Lisbon Story's 25th anniversary celebrated by this year's LEFFEST, the singer presents a concert dedicated to the filmmaker, where she will be joined by musicians José Peixoto, Fábio Palma, Óscar Torres and Rui Lobato.

Wim Wenders on Teresa Salgueiro "During concerts, she's very beautiful to look at, she doesn't flaunt, instead putting all of her singing in favor of the music. She's just there, projecting herself, without showing off. Her voice and attitude are just for the music. And, when she acts, she does so in the exact same manner. She did everything very seriously and beautifully. And, just as Rudiger, with some humor. I didn't know what to expect of Teresa, she'd never acted, but she was wonderful. I think she has a natural talent."

The theme that names the world tour is based on José Saramago's poem "Joy", set to music by Teresa Salgueiro and debuted live in Mexico. For the singer, the theme reflects and reasserts the right to Joy as a total enjoyment of life, which we must grant others and implement throughout the world. At a time when, considering the social reality throughout the world, we find such injustices and breaks with reality, Teresa thought it important to declare Joy together, as a manifesto.

Besides her new arrangements for her original pieces, she picked songs from her previous records that reflect her admiration for the popular music of several periods and the multitude of cultures from around the world that she has had the pleasure to visit throughout the last 32 years of her career. These are songs standing for her thoughts and perspective on the world and human beings as agents of change. They are themes illustrating her unique interpretative ability, and the versatility of not only her voice and but also of the musicians she has chosen to accompany her:
José Peixoto: Guitar
Fábio Palma: Accordion
Óscar Torres: Upright Bass
Rui Lobato Bateria: Percussion and Guitar
