A new exhibit of the pictorial correspondence between author John Berger and painter Yvone Barlow. The tender and intimate relationship between the two Englishmen is clear in the drawings, kept in Berger’s personal assets until now and lent exclusively to LEFFEST for exhibiting– which makes this drawing exhibit unique and absolutely extraordinary.
The opening of the “Here Is Where We Meet” exhibit is marked by an evening where John Berger, João Grosso and other guests read texts by the British author: The acclaimed Polish pianist Piotr Anderszewski joins the event, in a session that will also feature Yasmine Hamdan.
