One of today's most extraordinary actors, John Malkovich will talk about what interests him in cinema and theatre today, and the new challenges they propose. Taking advantage of the centenary of Proust's death, Malkovich will also talk about his relationship with Raúl Ruiz, in particular about the masterpiece Time Regained, that will be shown after the talk, where he plays an iconic character, that of the Baron of Charlus. Considered a masterpiece, there were several directors who tried to adapt this work to the cinema, such as Joseph Losey, from an adaptation by Harold Pinter, but without success. The film shows the last days of the French novelist's life, in a film in which reality and fiction seem to merge.
