Dana Vachon, writer and journalist, member of the LEFFEST’22 Jury, co-wrote, with Jim Carrey, the semi-autobiographical novel “Memoirs and Misinformation” (Knopf, 2020).
On November 12, at 11:30pm, at Cinema Medeia Nimas, Dana Vachon will be present at a special session dedicated to Jim Carrey and his absolutely original and unmistakable artistic legacy.
Marco Roth, essayist, critic, co-founder of the literary magazine n+1 and author of the memoir "The Scientists: A Family Romance" (Farrar, Straus, and Giroux, 2012), will join him in discussing myth, reality and the memoir during this special session that will be followed by the screening of one of Carrey's most emblematic films: Man on the Moon, by Milos Forman.
